Download, Installation, and Configuration of the Blog Offline Update Tool: Windows Live Writer

Tonight, someone asked me which blogging client tool is better to use. So I told the truth: Personally, I'm used to using Zoundry Raven, so I think Raven is more convenient. However, most people on the internet prefer Microsoft's Windows Live Writer (hereinafter referred to as WLW).

Regarding Raven, I won't go into much detail here. I just want to mention that this offline update tool has now been open-sourced. If it continues to develop, its potential is limitless.
