As we all know, the IE Developer Toolbar is a web design debugging tool that can rival Firebug in IE. For me, both the IE Developer Toolbar and Firebug are frequently used, and I would really not be accustomed to losing either of them. However, there came a day when my IE Developer Toolbar stopped working, and the popular plugin IE7 Pro that many people use also failed to function.
