When you uninstall some programs, you might also uninstall a DLL file that it shares with other programs. As a result, when you run a program, you may receive a message indicating that the file cannot be opened due to a missing *.dll file. Here’s a simple method for installing the missing DLL file.

First, you can download the missing file from DLL-Downloads.com, then copy the file to the *:\WINDOWS\system32 directory. In the Run dialog of the Start Menu, input the command "regsvr32 filename.dll", where "filename" is the name of the missing DLL file, as shown in the figure below:
