I don't think I need to introduce MPlayer to the Linux users, it's the best choice for playing media under Linux. Tim has been using it for three or four years. Nowadays, when I see friends still using the rogue software "Storm Player" that causes nationwide network outages, or installing piles of codecs and subtitle reading software, then using the bloated, slow Media Player bundled with Windows, it's unbearable. So, I've decided to write this article to recommend the Windows port of MPlayer: the MPlayer WW Compiled Edition.
