Are you worried about the rampant Vista BT downloads online? Not only are they slow, but you also have to be careful whether they have been modified and if they contain Trojan viruses.
Facing the vast number of pages on Microsoft's website, finding this link is harder than using Google to search for where you were in the third grade.
Now, you can find the link to download Windows Vista from Microsoft servers. Below, there are also detailed instructions on how to burn the downloaded file onto a CD.
Actually, it's quite simple. Microsoft provides an online service for consumers to purchase Vista. After payment, consumers will receive a link to guide them to directly download Windows Vista from Microsoft servers (in fact, Microsoft uses third-party distribution software as the host: DigitalRiver).
Download addresses are as follows:
01.install.wim
http://msft-dnl.digitalrivercontent.net/01/60316070-3318705%E2%80%93NOA/msvista/pub/Vista_WIM/i386/install.wim
02.boot.wim
http://msft-dnl.digitalrivercontent.net/01/60316070-3318705%E2%80%93NOA/msvista/pub/Vista_WIM/i386/boot.wim
03.X13-49120.exe
http://msft-dnl.digitalrivercontent.net/01/60316070-3318705--NOA/msvista/pub/X13-49120/X13-49120.exe
04.Related tools
Namely, Microsoft's imaging tool CDImage. The RAR compressed package provided in the following link also includes an outdated cracking method called "Parabox".

Burn it into a CD
01.Copy the three downloaded files to the root directory of C:;
02.Run the X13-49120.exe program, which will create a directory named "Vista" on drive C:;
03.Extract the CDImage.exe file from the "vista_tool.rar" related tools to the root directory of C:;
04.Switch to the command line, go to C:, and execute the following command:
cdimage -m -u2 -b C:/Vista/boot/etfsboot.com C:/Vista C:/Vistax86.iso
05.After completion, you will get the CD image Vistax86.iso, use a burning tool to burn it onto a DVD disc (please note, if you use Nero and choose to verify after burning, you may encounter installation issues due to file read errors when using this DVD disc.)
06.OK, done. Now you can use this disc to boot and install Vista. Please note, this is just a Vista installation disc without any serial number, allowing you to use it for free for 30 days without entering a serial number during installation.
The rest of the methods depend on individual discretion...
