The translation tool that Hookle usually uses is the English to Chinese website. I just saw a piece of green software called GoogleTranslat and Times Translation at a less popular place. After trying it out, I feel that GoogleTranslat is not very good and often makes mistakes. However, Times Translation is pretty good, and the translated language is acceptable. Therefore, I would like to recommend it. But this software only translates text. If you want to translate web pages, the two websites introduced by Hookle before are still the better choice.
