A Simple Digital Photo Post-Retouching Method
1. Open the image and adjust the Hue/Saturation (-40) to reduce the saturation.
2. Create a new layer, change the layer mode to "Soft Light", and use the brush tool to paint over the areas that need retouching. Here, you can conveniently extract colors using the color palette.
3. If the color transition of the image is not soft enough, apply the Gaussian Blur filter (+85) from the Filters menu.
