Kaspersky is so fragile

Today, I accidentally came across the successor to the Y2K problem, known as the Year 2038 problem, and also unintentionally discovered a very easy way to kill the processes of the well-known antivirus software Kaspersky.

By changing the computer's system date to any time after January 19, 2038, at 03:14:07—haha, the famous Kaspersky crashes!

Does this provide virus creators with a very simple new way to evade detection by Kaspersky?
