These days I've been busy working on my graduation thesis, and today we even had the legendary defense presentation. But now, we still don't know the results. Sigh, all my classmates are very worried, and they all said it has a great impact.
While using Word (by the way, I'm using Office 2007) to work on the thesis, I always encountered many problems. Whenever I encounter problems, I try to find ways to solve them. That's always been my approach, and I believe everyone is the same. Below, let me talk about the solutions to a few problems that I or my classmates encountered while using Word:
1. Symptom: Unable to input Chinese in PowerPoint 2007, but can input English.
Solution: After searching online, it turns out that the "Advanced Text Services" in the input method settings was turned off. Follow these steps: Control Panel —— Regional and Language Options —— Language —— Details —— Advanced —— Uncheck the box before "Turn off Advanced Text Services" (see figure). Now it should be fine.
