1. First, please download the latest version of "Kaka Internet Security Assistant 6" and install it (Download address: http://tool.ikaka.com/). During the installation process, please make sure to provide your real email address so that Rising Company can communicate with you if necessary.

2. Open the installed Kaka Internet Security Assistant, click the [Common] option in the upper left corner of the interface, then click [Online Diagnosis] on the left side. If any abnormal files are detected during the scan, please select all and click "Smart Cleanup", then follow the prompts to complete the operation.

3. Still under the [Common] option, click [Scan for Rogue Software]. After the scan is completed, select all detected items and click the "Immediate Cleanup" button to remove them.

4. Still under the [Common] option, click [Detect and Remove Popular Trojans], then click the "Start Scan" button. If any Trojan virus files are detected, select all and click "Immediate Removal" to handle them.

5. Still under the [Common] option, click [System Trace Cleanup], select all items, then click "Cleanup" to clear all system traces (Note: The first run may take a bit longer, please be patient. A prompt will appear when the cleanup is complete).

6. Click the [Advanced Tools] option, then click [System Repair] on the left side. Select all items with a status marked as "Abnormal" and click the "Repair" button to fix all options (Note: If no repair is needed, no further action is required).

7. Still under the [Advanced Tools] option, click [Junk File Cleanup], check the "Select All" box, then click "Start Scan". Once the scan is complete, click "Start Cleanup" to clean all items (Note: Some files may show a "Failed" removal notice, which is normal and no further action is needed).

8. Still under the [Advanced Tools] option, click [Startup Item Management], then directly click the "Report Allowed Items" at the bottom right corner and confirm the dialog box.

9. Still under the [Advanced Tools] option, click [LSP Repair], select all items with a status marked as "Abnormal" and click the "Repair" button to fix all options (Note: If no repair is needed, no further action is required).

10. Click the [Online Assistance] option, then click [Diagnostic Logs], click "Start Scan". If suspicious files are detected, select all and click "Extract". The program will save the results by default in My Documents. Then log in to the virus reporting page: http://mailcenter.rising.com.cn/uploadnew.aspx, and submit the "Suspicious Files.zip" file to Rising Company according to the prompts.

11. Close the Kaka Internet Security Assistant, open and upgrade the antivirus software on your computer to the latest version, then restart the computer after completion.

12. After restarting the computer, reopen the Kaka Internet Security Assistant and directly click the [One-Click Solution] function at the bottom of the [Common] section. Follow the prompts to click "Next" until the process is complete. This function will perform a secondary cleanup of popular Trojans, rogue software, and maliciously modified system registry items to ensure the effectiveness of previous operations.

★ After completing all operations, to further strengthen our system, we still need to use the Kaka Internet Security Assistant to apply Windows system vulnerability patches. The method can be referenced from: http://bbs.ikaka.com//showtopic-8619550.aspx
