1. Download the manual Trojan removal toolkit here and extract it to any folder on drive C. (All tools come with operating instructions):

2. Download the "usp10 and psapi file simple cleaner":
http://bbs.ikaka.com/attachment.aspx?attachmentid=484723
3. Then make all necessary preparations for the following operations, ensuring complete disconnection from the internet during the process. Without disconnecting from the internet, the problem cannot be resolved.
4. Use the "XDELBOX File Deletion Tool" in the toolkit to delete virus files. The toolkit must be fully extracted to drive C before use. If an error occurs while using XDELBOX and the operation fails, you can continue using other tools within the toolkit such as SmtDel, F-secure tools, SuperCop, or EasyDelete to remove virus files. (All come with operational instruction diagrams).
5. Use the downloaded "usp10 and psapi file simple cleaner" to scan and clean your system.
6. Use the "Image Hijacking Removal Tool" in the toolkit (with operation instructions) to clear all detected image hijacking items. If none are found, skip this step.
7. Find and download the necessary replacement files for your system from this thread: http://bbs.ikaka.com/showtopic-8417665.aspx. Use the "SmtRpl File Replacement Tool" in the toolkit (with usage instructions) to replace corrupted system files with normal ones.
8. Manually go into the IE browser menu, select "Tools", then "Internet Options", click "Delete Files", check "Delete Offline Files", and confirm to clear the IE cache. Use the "System Junk File Cleanup Tool" in the toolkit to clear out any junk files that can be removed. Ignore those that cannot be cleared.
9. When the usp10.dll scan and cleanup tool prompts you to restart your computer, do so and repeat the cleaning process.
Finally, reconnect to the internet and use the Windows Cleanup Assistant to upgrade and clean your system. Download Windows Cleanup Assistant from: http://www.arswp.com/
Perform a full disk scan with your antivirus software updated to the latest version. Remember to install all system vulnerability patches.
