Photo of the solar eclipse shows the space station passing through

On January 4, most parts of the world could observe an annular solar eclipse. The ingenious astrophotographer Thierry Legault flew from his home country of France to the Sultanate of Oman specifically to capture photos of the eclipse. At that time, the International Space Station was flying over Oman, giving him the chance to simultaneously photograph both the space station and the Moon passing in front of the Sun. He captured this stunning image using a Canon 5D Mark II camera.
