In 1945, before the United States had even made the Yalta Agreement public, our government had already sent representatives to Moscow for Sino-Soviet negotiations, and I was also part of this delegation. These negotiations were led by Mr. T.V. Soong, the then Premier. When we arrived in Moscow and met Stalin for the first time, he was extremely courteous. However, when the formal negotiations began, his true sinister face was revealed. I remember very clearly that at the time Stalin threw a piece of paper in front of Mr. Soong with an arrogant attitude and vulgar gesture, and then asked: "Have you seen this thing?"
