Peng Xiaofeng of Jiangxi Saiwei High-tech Company ranked fourth on the Hurun Rich List.

In the 2008 Hurun Rich List, which was pre-released on October 6, Huang Guangyu reclaimed the top spot on the list of China's richest with a personal fortune of RMB 43 billion. Peng Xiaofeng, chairman of Jiangxi Saiwei LDK Solar Hi-Tech Co., Ltd., ranked fourth with a personal fortune of RMB 27 billion, moving up two places from last year.

Among the top 100 on the list, Peng Xiaofeng is the only one from Jiangxi Province. Guo Yaosheng of YaoSheng Industrial & Trading comes in at rank 244 with a fortune of RMB 3.2 billion; the Wang brothers, Yonghong and Jihong, of Zhongcheng Industries rank 339th with combined wealth of RMB 2.4 billion; Tu Jianmin of Pingxiang Iron & Steel Company ranks 461st with a fortune of RMB 1.8 billion; and Gong Bin of QianDong Industrial Group ranks 539th with a fortune of RMB 1.5 billion.
