Method for production and manufacture of compressors

The compressor is produced in a production line way. The parts such as cylinder body, piston (rotary shaft), valve plate, connecting rod, crankshaft, and end cover are manufactured in the machining workshop (including casting); the rotor and stator are assembled in the motor workshop; the shell and other components are manufactured in the stamping workshop. Then, in the final assembly workshop, the assembly, welding, cleaning and drying are carried out, and finally, after passing the inspection, they are packaged and ready for delivery. Most compressor manufacturers do not produce starters and thermal protectors, but instead purchase them from the market according to their needs.
