People who have lived abroad know that life overseas can sometimes be very depressing, with inconveniences in daily life and difficulties in academics making it easy to feel tired and stressed. The same is true in Korea, where the fast pace of life can easily tire us out and make us feel pressured if we're not used to it. If fatigue and stress are not relieved in time, they can negatively affect our health and mood, which in turn affects our lives and perceptions in this country. Therefore, we need to find ways to relieve stress. So, what are some good ways to do so? Some people say traveling, others suggest going shopping, watching movies, or eating out with friends. Everyone has their own preferred method for relieving fatigue. Here, I'd like to recommend a relaxing way to relieve fatigue: visiting a Korean jjimjilbang (sauna).
