Microsoft used to use Windowslive.com as the main hub to get information about its Live branded services such as Messager, Hotmail, Spaces, Skydrive and Photo Gallery. Today, Microsoft re-released the site as a community website, where users can exchange ideas on how to best use these tools. As the senior marketing manager of Windows Live, Marty Collins explained to us last week in an interview with a reporter why the site was redesigned, which is to better focus on user experience, cultivate a positive user community and let users use these services more concentratedly.
