Solution for Windows XP SP3 Automatic Update Installation Failure

Recently, the automatic updates of XP have been failing. I thought it was due to the automatic restore service being turned off, but surprisingly, even after enabling the restore service, the updates still wouldn't work...

So, I went online to look for solutions and found out that it was actually SP3 causing the issue. After updating to SP3, a DLL related to automatic updates hadn't been registered.
