The high-pressure suspension roller mill is a new type of grinding equipment developed by our company's wear-resistant equipment experts based on years of experience in ultra-fine powder processing. This innovation has opened up a new era of efficient and low-energy industrial grinding internationally.

**Scope of Application:**

The high-pressure suspension roller mill is suitable for crushing materials with a Mohs hardness not exceeding 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as barite, limestone, ceramics, and slag. It can process over 280 types of non-flammable and non-explosive materials in the mining, metallurgy, chemical, and building materials industries into ultra-fine powders. The finished product size can be adjusted within the range of 80-425 mesh (finest up to 1000 mesh). By adding special devices, this machine can also produce coarse powder in the range of 30-80 mesh.

**Working Principle:**

Inside the main unit of the high-pressure suspension roller mill, the roller frame is equipped with high-pressure springs exerting a force of 1000-1500 kilograms. Once the machine starts working, the rollers rotate around the main shaft and, under the combined effects of high-pressure springs and centrifugal force, tightly press against the grinding ring while rolling. The rolling pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of a Raymond mill under the same power conditions, significantly increasing the production capacity.

When the material to be ground enters the grinding chamber, it is scooped up by the scraper and fed between the roller and the grinding ring for crushing. The crushed powder is then carried by the circulating air from the blower into the classifier. Qualified fine powder is collected in the cyclone collector as the final product, while larger particles fall back for regrinding. The circulating air returns to the blower to repeat the above process, while the remaining air enters the bag filter for purification.

When the rollers and grinding rings reach a certain level of wear, the length of the high-pressure spring can be adjusted to maintain constant pressure between the roller and the grinding ring, ensuring stable output and fineness.
