Wine has its own origin and ancestors. In the Ming Dynasty, Feng Shihua wrote "The History of Wine", saying: "Wine began with Yi Di and Du Kang." The main purpose is to clarify the legendary creators of wine, and these two ancient people, Yi and Du, are regarded as the ancestors of wine. The production of wine should be very early, as early as the Han Dynasty there was the concept of "alcohol monopoly". The "Huangdi Neijing - Suwen" once said: "Using wine as a drink" - indicating that the history of wine is particularly long. As for works such as "Lüshi Chunqiu" and "Strategies of the Warring States", they clearly state that wine was already brewed during the era of Emperor Yu of Xia.
