WTO Doha round negotiations break down

Because of the serious differences on such issues as agricultural products, the Doha Round negotiations of the WTO officially broke down. The breakdown of the Doha Round negotiations of the World Trade Organization has created serious uncertainties for the international multilateral trade negotiation mechanism. Minister of Commerce Chen Deming considered it a tragic failure.
