Diaper rash refers to a rash that is limited to the areas covered by a diaper. It is most commonly seen on the buttocks, but can also appear in any area covered by a diaper; for example, Lulu has diaper rash on both sides of the labia. Diaper rash can mainly be categorized into simple irritation type, inflammatory rash, fungal infection rash, and bacterial infection rash, among which the irritant type rash is the most common type.
