Moreover, opinions from the freshmen are still to be collected. If the majority of students agree with it, the institute would agree to cut off dormitory network cables for the freshmen. Because freshmen need to participate in military training and some other activities, their course study and exams might be affected. Addiction to the Internet probably would ruin their academic studies, so the idea of "ban order" came out.
