It's graduation time again.

We always thought that graduation was far away from us, but now it seems to be just around the corner. Once the class of 04 leaves, the class of 05 will become the oldest undergraduate class. Just like when we went from freshman to sophomore year and were no longer new students, becoming a senior also brings many feelings. Especially watching the graduation activities of the class of 04, thinking about what we will be like next year, this is really an indescribable feeling.

When talking about graduation, especially about graduation at HUST (HUST? WHU? HUST? Huazhong University of Science and Technology? There are still many students on campus who prefer to call it HUST, even though South China University of Technology also calls itself HUST...), there are two things that must be mentioned - setting up stalls and parades. These two things have become traditions at HUST, and I believe many other schools are the same. Before graduation, some things that are hard to take away or don't want to take can be sold by setting up stalls. Of course, most of the items sold are books, with a few other things as well. The prices are generally very low, with many non-major books costing only one yuan per book, and there are even cases where things are directly given away if the seller and buyer get along well. In fact, the purpose of setting up stalls to sell things is not to make money, but rather to help the younger students. After all, we ourselves also benefited from the older students and bought cheap books. Or maybe it's the experience of doing business that attracts people. Of course, this is just my guess as a non-graduate, the taste of setting up stalls can only be experienced by graduates.
