Mortar pump is a kind of pump that can adapt to various working conditions, such as conveying acid and alkali clear liquid or slurry; various corrosive ore pulp in the smelting industry; all kinds of dilute sulfuric acid in the sulfuric acid industry; all kinds of sewage in the environmental protection industry. This pump is not only corrosion-resistant but also wear-resistant, with a very wide range of applications. It has the following characteristics:

1) Excellent wear resistance:

All the components of the flow passage are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), which has the best wear resistance among plastics. Its wear resistance is four times higher than that of nylon 66 (PA66) and PTFE, and seven to ten times higher than that of carbon steel and stainless steel.

2) Excellent impact resistance:

The impact strength of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene ranks first among general engineering plastics, five times that of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), and can remain stable at -196℃, a characteristic that no other plastic possesses.

3) Excellent corrosion resistance:

This pump can resist various corrosive media (acids, alkalis, salts) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range. It was immersed in 80 kinds of organic solvents at 20℃ and 90℃ for 30 days, and there was no abnormal phenomenon on the surface. Other physical properties have hardly changed.

4) Noiseless:

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has the highest impact energy absorption among plastics and good noise reduction, thus minimizing the noise generated by liquid flow during conveyance.

5) Safe and reliable, no toxin decomposition:

The chemical properties of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) used in this pump are extremely stable, so it is also suitable for use in the food industry.

6) Low friction coefficient:

The internal friction coefficient of this pump is only 0.07-0.11, so it has self-lubricating properties. Under water lubrication conditions, its dynamic friction coefficient is half lower than PA66 and polyoxymethylene (POM). When working in sliding or rotating forms, its lubricity is better than that of steel and brass with lubricating oil.

7) Good anti-adhesion:

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has excellent anti-adhesion ability, comparable to PTFE, so it also performs well when conveying some viscous media.

8) Application scope:

Conveying of masonry or plaster mortar in construction operations, pressure grouting operations in ports, docks, hydropower stations, etc., foundation treatment, soft base reinforcement grouting, tunnel, subway, mine construction backfill grouting; anchor support.
