Light-emitting character edge strip

The resin luminous character edge strip is made of high-temperature resistant, anti-aging, and non-fading resin, with a metal strip added in the middle to make the character edge strip longitudinally stiff and laterally flexible. This makes the production of acrylic characters (which is better between acrylic luminous characters and resin luminous characters?) more time-saving and labor-saving for sign boxes, fundamentally solving the complex procedures of traditional production technology such as cutting, welding, and spraying, greatly improving work efficiency. The produced acrylic characters and light boxes are more beautiful and have better sealing performance. The vacuum-formed characters (or engraved character faces) and PVC boards (or aluminum-plastic boards) are milled into character faces and bottoms of the same size, then the character faces are glued to the new type of character edge strips with glue. Install the fixed corners on the base plate and fix them with rivets, then install the LED lights, finally reverse the base plate installed with LED lights behind the character, drill holes with an electric drill, and fix it with self-tapping nails.

1. Both the top and bottom of the edge strip have folds, so its strength increases by more than one fold.

2. The upper fold is 2mm, which enhances the stiffness of the signage (such as when making bold or variety fonts, the edges will be even straighter), and also facilitates better shaping when making calligraphy fonts.

3. The lower fold forms a hook shape of about 2mm. When making poured characters, this 2mm fold is embedded in the resin, so it will never come off; when making acrylic engraved characters, the fold can hold the panel.

4. Due to the presence of the fold, the front and side of the finished signage will not show the white edge of the aluminum like the aluminum edge strip characters.

5. When closing the final joint of a stroke, cut a diagonal notch at one end and insert it into the fold of the other end (no need for welding or pins).
