This is the section of the "Lena" highway from Moscow to Yakutsk. The public has a lot of complaints about this highway because every time there's a heavy rain, the road becomes paralyzed with mud, seriously affecting traffic. I think this should be considered the slowest "high-speed" road in the world.

The most recent traffic jam resulted in 600 vehicles being trapped, followed by hunger and lack of fuel. There were even eyewitnesses who saw a pregnant woman being forced to give birth in her car due to being unable to receive medical care.
