Everyone has watched domestic talk shows like "Speaking Frankly" and "Artistic Life". Most of these programs are touching, heartfelt, and themed around extolling virtues. This, however, aligns with the domestic media's principle of reporting good news but not bad.
But when you look at foreign talk shows, it gets interesting. Audiences like to discuss what they want: issues such as homosexuality, domestic violence, rape, and emotional scams, all of which are sharp social problems. If this were in China, I doubt even the director would dare to dream about it. Of course, the "talk" process is also very "stimulating", and can easily escalate into violent conflicts. But the show still airs as usual. Why? Because the audience likes to watch.
The Jerry Springer Show has a bit of the flavor of "Speaking Frankly", but the guests are far more explosive than those in domestic shows. Just looking at their titles gives off a sense of gunpowder, and of course, violent conflicts are commonplace. The production crew on the side might get a bit tired. Check out the video collection of this program (contains some content unsuitable for children), just for entertainment, hehe.
