To resolve the issue of SVCHOST.EXE consuming 100% CPU resources after installing Live Writer.

Previously, I analyzed the various advantages of Windows Live Writer, but after using it for such a long time, a serious problem has become increasingly apparent: SVCHOST.EXE consumes a large amount of CPU resources, spiking up to 100%, which causes Firefox to crash frequently and even leads to system freezes...
