Taobao CCTV Flash Sale Event Secondary Draw Rules

In order to thank all the members who have been following the CCTV flash sale event and supporting Taobao Mall, a second round of lottery will be held for some of the products that failed to be successfully flashed on September 30, 2009.

All members who participated in the "Final Flash Day" on September 30, 2009, and have not violated the event rules or engaged in any cheating behavior will have the chance to participate in the lottery.
