World's Ugliest Dog Revealed, Looks Like an Alien

The world's ugliest dog was born on the 23rd day. This year's champion is 2-year-old Elwood, a mixed breed of Chinese Crested and Chihuahua.

According to Singapore's Lianhe Zaobao, Elwood is pitch black all over, hairless except for a small tuft of white hair on its head. Because of its extremely ugly appearance, resembling an alien from a sci-fi movie, it is often referred to as "ET" or "Yoda" (the spiritual leader of the Jedi in the movie Star Wars). However, to its owner Quigley, Elwood is the cutest dog in the world.
