The 47th Paris International Air Show opened on June 18th at the Bourget Airport in the suburbs of Paris. This year's air show gathered almost all major institutions from the aerospace sector, including military and civilian aircraft manufacturing, satellite launching, and industry-specific component production, making it the largest-scale air show in history. The "duel" between the two major aviation giants, Boeing and Airbus, once again became a focal point of the exhibition. China’s参展 "Dark Sword" unmanned aerial vehicle also attracted significant attention.

#### China's UAV Makes Its First Overseas Appearance to "Reveal Its Sword"

China's Aviation Industry Corporation I was participating in the Paris Air Show for the third time, with the main highlight being the "Dark Sword," an unmanned combat concept aircraft.

The "Dark Sword" has a smooth streamlined design, featuring a single-engine at the rear and a glossy black exterior. The aircraft possesses supersonic speed, ultra-high maneuverability, and low detectability, similar to American stealth fighters, allowing it to effectively evade radar detection. It is primarily designed for future air-to-air combat missions. This marks its first overseas appearance after its initial public debut at the Zhuhai Air Show in October of the previous year.

In addition, the JF-17 Thunder fighter jet, the "Mountain Eagle" advanced trainer aircraft, the "Sky Wing" 3 UAV, and the MA60 aircraft were also exhibited. The Sky Wing 3 UAV is a short-range reconnaissance drone system used for tactical reconnaissance and surveillance during wartime. The intelligence obtained is transmitted in real-time to the ground mapping station, providing intelligence support for rapid mobile operations. It is understood that five Chinese aerospace companies participated in this exhibition.
