1. Press the test button on the laser engraving machine control panel to observe if there is a current indication on the ammeter:
If there is no current: Check if the laser power supply is turned on, if the high-voltage wire is loose or disconnected, and if the signal wire is loose;
If there is current: Check if the lens is broken, if the laser tube's light emission hole and lens are contaminated, or if the optical path has severely deviated.
2. Check if the water circulation system is functioning properly:
No water flow: Check if the water pump is damaged or not powered;
Water flow: Check if the inlet and outlet are reversed or if the water pipe is cracked.
3. The machine can emit light when spot shooting but does not emit light during computer-controlled engraving. Check the optical coupler connection from the engraver control board to the power supply.
4. The laser power supply board of the laser engraving machine is damaged (requires repair).
