Yesterday at work, someone found me and said there was a computer problem. They asked for help to install the system, so I went. It took about an hour to finish installing the system, then I started configuring it.
This computer is responsible for printing reports for all the test benches. In essence, it's just a print server. In theory, it's not difficult; sharing a printer should be a minor issue. But this minor issue cost me a full three hours. The crux of the problem was that the computers on the test benches all run the Windows 98 system. There's nothing to do but sigh!
