Astronomers have recently discovered for the first time a potentially habitable planet outside the solar system, which is another big step forward in the discovery of extraterrestrial life in the universe. The discovered planet may have liquid water and rotates around a "red dwarf" in a closed orbit. A red dwarf is much smaller and colder than our sun. This planet is about five times heavier than the earth. However, there is still much unknown information about this planet, such as whether its rock composition is the same as that of the Earth, or whether its surface itself is a closed ice ball of liquid water. Based on theoretical inference, this planet should have an atmosphere, but what kind of atmosphere is still unclear, such as whether this atmosphere is too thick to make its surface temperature too high.
