According to the official blog of Microsoft's Windows Mobile Team, Microsoft is set to announce its latest version of the mobile operating system at 2 PM on the first day of TechEd 2009, which is taking place in Los Angeles and starts on May 11th. But up until today, there still hasn't been much new information released—what a disappointment!
