Key Points for Design and Selection of Hydraulic Control Valves:
(1) The hydraulic control valves used in engineering applications must be products that have passed the inspection of the manufacturer, with all kinds of markings complete and technical documents meeting the requirements.
(2) Based on functional requirements, select the type of valve. Then, according to the medium conveyed by the pipeline, temperature, construction standards, and owner's requirements, determine the material of the valve body and sealing parts. Commonly used valve body materials include cast iron, brass, copper, and plastic. Commonly used sealing surface and lining materials include copper alloys, plastics, steel, hard alloys, and rubber. The valve body material should match the pipe material.
(3) The nominal pressure of the valve has different levels such as 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, and 4.0 MPa. The working pressure of the medium conveyed by the pipeline should be less than the nominal pressure value of the valve.
(4) In engineering, the installation of hydraulic control valves should have sufficient space for management, operation, installation, and maintenance, and should meet the requirements of the pipeline for the valve.
