Characteristics of Parallel Disc Gate Valve:

(1) Yoke bushing - Aluminum bronze yoke bushings equipped with needle thrust bearings to minimize operating torque.

(2) Stem - Threaded length extends to the yoke; pinned and spot welded for stability.

(3) Pressure seal - Simple structure, equipped with segmented snap rings and silver-plated low carbon steel washers, aiding in disassembly and achieving optimal bonnet sealing.

(4) Seat ring - Welded seat rings perpendicular to the flow passage, making maintenance easier.

(5) Actuator - These valves can be fitted with electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic actuators. Standard manual handwheels are provided for sizes below DN300, while bevel gear operating mechanisms are used for sizes above DN350.

(6) Yoke - Fully assembled yoke passed seismic tests, facilitating maintenance and actuator installation.

(7) Gland - Two-piece, self-adjusting gland to prevent blowout.

(8) Integral backseat - Hard-faced, providing the longest service life.

(9) Disc - Spring-loaded disc allows self-adjustment, reducing the torque requirement on the actuator.

(10) Integral stops - Integral cast yoke stops position the assembled yoke disc, enhancing the stability and reliability of the seat.
