### I. Purpose and Applicable Scope

The portable mechanical angle steel cutting machine is a new product launched by our factory in 1989 for the national power system after the introduction of drilling machines. This machine is mainly used in the power system (engineering, maintenance, operation and tower material supplementation), telecommunications, geology, petroleum, construction installation, high-altitude operations, field construction, and simple machine repair industries, to cut angle steel without a power source.

This machine has advantages such as compact structure, portability, safety, reliability, energy saving, durability, ease of operation, and convenience.

### IV. Operating Instructions

Insert the angle steel into the gap between the two blades. Align the position you want to cut, then turn the screw rod downward to tighten the angle steel. Then continuously rotate the handle. The movable top plate fixing the blade will keep moving until the angle steel is completely cut. To return the blade, follow the opposite procedure.

### V. Precautions

1. Do not use beyond the specified range.

2. Before cutting, check if all screws are loose. The gap between the upper and lower blades should not exceed 0.35 mm. If the gap is too large, loosen the screws of the two lower blades, add copper or paper shims, adjust until the gap is within the range of 0-0.3 mm, and then proceed with the cut.
