[Fig] American scientists discover magma chamber for the first time

According to the British Daily Mail, workers in drilling discovered a magma chamber by accident when they were making boreholes on the Big Island of Hawaii in the United States. This is the first discovery of underground magma chamber. Researchers said that this was no less than digging out a "scientific gold mine".
