1. The materials and mechanical properties of various castings on the testing machine should comply with the provisions of the relevant standards. The surface of the casting should be smooth, and the flatness of the non-mechanically processed external surface should not exceed 3mm over any 600mm length.
2. Sand and bonding residues on the castings should be carefully removed, and burrs, flash, gates, risers, etc., should be leveled. Castings used as oil tanks should be thoroughly cleaned to ensure there is no oil leakage.
3. Castings should have no cracks. Important mating surfaces and exposed machined surfaces of the castings should have no sand holes, gas pores, or shrinkage porosity. For casting defects that do not affect usage quality, repairs are allowed according to relevant regulations.
Note: For non-ferrous metal castings, they should comply with the provisions of the relevant technical documents.
4. Pressure-bearing castings such as pump bodies, valve bodies, and cylinder barrels should have no gas pores, shrinkage porosity, sand holes, or other casting defects that reduce pressure resistance. Under specified pressure, there should be no oil (water) leakage.
5. Important castings of the testing machine should undergo aging treatment after rough machining.
