The archaeological excavation of Lingjing Paleolithic site in Huchang, which has attracted much attention in the world, has made great progress after the discovery of human skull fossils, a large number of mammal fossils and stone tools dating from 80,000 to 100,000 years ago. For the first time in Korea, clothing relics such as dental buttons, needles and ochre (pigment) used by ancestors to make clothing 15,000 years ago have been discovered. These findings prove that 15,000 years ago, the ancestors of the Xuchang area had worn exquisite "leather clothing".
