Fish
From the auspicious blessing of "abundance (fish) every year", to the unique and delicious taste, from ancient times to today, fish have always been one of the most highly regarded foods by humans. Modern nutrition has also confirmed the nutritional value of fish. Many studies have already shown that eating fish regularly helps reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases. The American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association both recommend "eating fish 2-3 times per week (especially seafood)" as a dietary principle.
