DesktopLinux.com reported that Google and CodeWeavers (the developer of Wine) are cooperating to port Picasa, a software for photo editing and online sharing which was originally only usable on the WINDOWS platform, to Linux. The article pointed out that Linux Picasa is currently under beta testing, and once successful, other Google applications will also be ported subsequently.
