There used to be only one PR9 website, which is the Chinese Filing Center. However, after this major PR update, many more PR9 websites have emerged. I've collected some of them through my own channels to broaden everyone's understanding. It's unclear whether Google has lowered its PR requirements for Chinese websites or adjusted the PR calculation algorithm for Chinese websites to be the same as foreign ones. There are quite a few high-PR websites abroad, and the quality of domestic Chinese websites is no worse than those. In the past, apart from the Filing Center with PR9, the highest PR value of the best commercial websites in China was only 7. This was actually abnormal. Now, many large domestic websites have reached PR8 or even PR9. Some people think PR values are unreliable, but I believe this is the normal situation.
