Solution to Computer "Black Screen"

Ways to avoid this issue:
1. My Computer - Properties - Automatic Updates - Turn off automatic updates
2. Start - Run (type services.msc) - Disable Office Source Engine and Automatic Updates
If a situation occurs where the screen turns black once every hour after the 20th, use the methods below.
