What is it? Simply put, it's a document showing how WordPress was developed. Actually, here’s the link to the WordPress 2.7 Wireframes (English version). If you want to know how the WordPress system works, you should take a look at this 13-page PDF file.

Personally, I am amazed by the service community behind WordPress. Remember, WordPress is free, yet they have put in so much effort into developing it and even explaining how it works!
