The story of this episode begins four years later. At the start, Claire, with dark brown hair, and Peter Petrelli, with a scar on his face, confront each other. Peter is about to go back in time - he plans to kill his brother Nathan himself to prevent him from revealing the secret of superhumans to the public. Claire tries her best to stop him at the risk of her life. However, Peter, being more skilled, manages to return to the present... thus creating the scene at the end of Season 2. But Nathan doesn't die; he comes back to life and has a dream. In the dream, he finds himself as an angel... Matt discovers the truth, and to avoid further trouble, Peter uses his power to send Matt to the very center of the Sahara Desert.
