The first anti-monopoly law suit in our country has been formally accepted by the court yesterday. After more than 1 month of "examination", a Beijing lawyer accused Beijing Branch of China Netcom of using its monopoly position to "discriminate" users, which was suspected to violate the Anti-monopoly Law. The case was formally docketed in Chaoyang District People's Court of Beijing yesterday. It is reported that this is the first anti-monopoly law suit formally accepted by the court in the domestic.
