This year's No.13 typhoon "SINLAKU" will affect Jiangsu during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. From night of the 13th to the 15th, including Nanjing, most areas of this province south of the Huai River will have showers with moderate to heavy rainfalls and local storms. Meanwhile, it will be accompanied by strong winds of level 6-8 on land, level 8-10 in the southern coastal areas, rivers, lakes and surfaces.
